Scope of Service

• We provide professional therapeutic and relaxation massage services at hotels, apartments, or legal residences within the Hanoi area.

• Customers must be 18 years of age or older or be under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Professional Ethics & Conduct

• Core Principle: We provide strictly professional and healthy massage therapy.

• Any request for inappropriate services, harassment of therapists, or behavior violating local customs will result in immediate termination of the session. In such cases, service fees will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to report the incident to local authorities or hotel management.

Time and Location

• Customers must provide an accurate address, room number, and contact phone number.

• Our therapists aim to arrive within 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. If there is any delay, we will notify you immediately.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information:

• Information Collected: Includes your name, phone number, lodging address, and any special service requests.

• Purpose of Use: Data is used solely for dispatching therapists, confirming appointments, and providing customer support.

• Security Commitment: * We do not share customer information with any third party for commercial purposes.

  • All location data and booking history are kept strictly confidential within our internal system.

  • Contact information is minimized or restricted after the session is completed to ensure absolute privacy.

3. Service Policies

Cancellation Policy

• Please notify us of any cancellation at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment.

• If the therapist has already arrived at the location and the booking is canceled without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge a travel fee (depending on the area).

Health & Safety Policy

• Customers are responsible for informing the therapist of any health conditions (injuries, allergies to essential oils, pregnancy, high blood pressure, etc.) before the treatment begins.

• We are not liable for health reactions caused by undisclosed medical information.

Pricing and Payment

• Service prices are clearly listed on our website or agreed upon before the therapist’s arrival.

• Our Promise: No hidden fees. Customers can pay via cash, bank transfer, or agreed-upon international payment apps.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

1. The customer is in a state of excessive intoxication or loss of behavioral control.

2. The requested location is deemed unsafe or illegal.

3. The customer shows a lack of respect or threatens the therapist.
